Can't get tasks to complete

All,

I posted here in February that I had dropped my x50v and that the buttons were no longer working.

I recently got it fixed (cheaper than purchasing a new one - these Axim's are sure nice pieces of hardware), and when it came back, I decided to re-build my system.

I re-installed WM2003SE, PocketBreeze, PI2007, and other programs that I regularly use....and now I'm finding that I can't get tasks to complete on the PDA.

For example, if I try to mark a task complete in PocketBreeze, nothing happens at all. If I try to do it in PI, the task disappears, but then re-appears when I refresh the task list.

Anyone know what's going on?

P

Have you tried to do it in the generic task manager?

You may want to test your axim with the Dell Axim Self Diagnostic Utility
- eventually on a 'clean' machine just after a hard reset

Update: I just hard-reset my device, deleted the partnership in Windows Mobile Device Center, set it up again, and synced my tasks to the cleaned PDA.

With the built-in task program, I can complete tasks that have NO DUE DATE, but if it does have a due date, when I try to complete it, I get the following error: "No program memory available. Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Memory, stop programs that did not automatically stop, and try again."

I have no programs running, though, and have >20 MB program memory.

What's going on here?
