considering dropping SP for X51v tethering. Thoughts?

I've been having nothing but trouble from my MotoQ (to the point that they're replaceing it --- "it should arive in about 3 days" two weeks ago...) So, I'm considering going to a Samsung a900m and simply tethering it to my X51v (or possibly a palm lifedrive, if it turns out to be better at internet browsing).

Anyone have any thoughts on this matter?

From what I've heard the lifedrive is not better at internet browsing.

I've heard that too, but I have no proof yet, so I tried to remain impartial. Also I'm told OperaMini works quite well on the LD for a browser when Blazer wont load the page (again, dont know)

I'm mainly getting tired of the small Q screen + low processing power, and the lockups when I'm IN THE MIDDLE OF A CALL! yep, while in the middle of a call, the phone will randomly lock up! So... yeah...
