Tethering Motorola Razr v3xx with Dell Axim x50v

Hi, Question: I have a data plan with AT&T and have been trying to tether my Dell Axim x50v with my Motorola Razr v3xx (3G) which I use to do when I had a Motorola Razr v3 (2G technology).

Does anyone know how to tether the Motorola Razr v3xx with the Axim x50v with 3G technology? Have tried many ways, many sites (including this one); combo will pair, no problem and connection is established. Only thing then the Axim x50v freezes and won't let me do anything else. Also was advised by AT&T tech to get Motorola Phone Tools 4.0, which I did, and found out drivers (Motorola) were for 5.0 and up? Anyone know of any Motorola drivers (zip, cab) to input on Axim x50v to work? Win 2003se OS.
