Can't send big files to SD Card!

I try to send big files to SD Card (enough space) and I get a BSOD. The file is 1Gb (its a folder with many files, some are big).

Why is it doing that? BSOD says something about USB driver...

Its Ultra Plus II SD Card 2Gb and FAT32 format. I try to put it on through my computer, and NOT my Axim/AS.

Try a different card reader

try wm5storage. im not 100% sure if it will work with the axim, but it worked like a charm for my pocket pc phones.
