In case you're wondering how long you should have to wait, I tried to do a few timings for you. 15 seconds is definitely far longer than normal.

From a soft reset I started timing as soon as I had entered my password. Then clicked start as soon as I could, and waited for the start menu to show. The total time was 5 seconds.

From a suspend (pressing the power button) there is no measurable delay at all.

I am using a newer ("hacked") ROM though, not A12. I think the A12 times are a little longer, perhaps someone else can time theirs with A12 for you so you have a better idea.

Yea, I still think 15 sec from suspend mode is a huge delay, especially if compare with older X30H, that doesn't have any...

Just to clarify, Newberry, is it working after the Hreset to your satisfaction?

Pedah,
yes... within the last 18 hours ... only 5sec before it takes more than 15sec

I don't think anyone has mentioned this and I don't know if it is even a possible problem but try removing the cf card and starting up. I have A06 and am running some memory taxing programs at startup and mine has no notable delay. Good luck and it will be interested to see what you find is the problem.
