wisbar adv desktop wakeup.exe

Hey all. Every time I bring my Axim away from sleep/standby, I get an error saying It cannot load wakeup.exe and gives me the the file path. I uninstalled wad, but it still gives me this error. How do I stop WM from trying to load this file?

I think wakeup.exe is probably a broken link now. You might have deleted it or improperly uninstalled Wisbar in the past. Try one of these two;

1. disable wisbar first and uninstall wisbar using "remove programs". The reinstall it.

OR

2. Use SKTools Cleaning wizard to remove all broken shortcuts.

All I had installed Was Wisbar Adv. Desktop. I then unistalled it using the unistaller on the Axim. I'll redo the whole process...see if it works.

Check this thread at Lakeridge Software (ignore the hatefulness from one of the posters though). Memmaid worked for me an some others, reinstalling and uninstalling again worked for yet others.
