when to shutdown your device????

I'm just wondering can x51v run on all the time (do not counting the standby mode) without actually completely shutting it down???????

My spare X51v is off, with the battery removed, in a case, in my desk. that way the battery cant pop and damage it. But really, outside of storage, there isn't much reason to tun one completely of.

The device is never 100% off, unless its diff in wm5. Its usually just in standby mode.

As far as leaving it "on" all the time, dont do it, b/c my axim seems to get very warm, especially with progs running, and this cant be good for the battery to do all the time.
