Battery Life Keeps Dying

Hi all, I am running WM5, Dell Axim X50V..I have noticed that after I charge my battery to 100 percent, when I take it off the cradle, and its turned off for the rest of the night, the next morning when I turn it on its almost down to 11 percent remaining, and even today, a few hours ago I charged it completely, took it off the cradle, and when I put it back on the cradle now it was down to 70 percent charged, I have done the activesync fake thing and I cant figure out what is causing it to happen, perhaps I have not done the activesync thing right, what other recommondations can be done to keep my battery charged..Thanks

most batteries are warranted for a year and with typical and reasonable use you can get about 2 good years from one... 3 years and well, you are lucky it will even take a charge.

Try instaling something like acbtaskman... and set it to log battery usage. maybe you can see where/when the power is being used.
