If you transfer the .cab file to your devices My Documents folder then tap on it the file will automatically load itsellf into main memeory and the .cab file will be deleted. I use a program called cabinstl which allows you to save the .cab file for later use. cabinstll is freeware and can be downloaded here. It works with the WM2003 and WM5 operating systems.

Actually CABINSTL does not work with WM5.0 devices, but it is not necessary for WM5.0 devices, since you are prompted during installation where you would like to install the application (main memory or SD card).

good for you , actually when the first time i had my pda,, i was confused too,, but u i didnt ask for help,, i tryed to do it bymyself it was fairly easy
