Can't sync after installing widcomm

Hi,
I've just installed the widcomm bluetooth stack on my wm5 axim x50. Straight after the soft reset, it couldn't sync! Has anyone encountered this problem before? or happens to know the solution? I'd really appreciate if someone could help out...reading the 94 pages in the widcomm thread doesn't seem very fun ^.^;

I had the same problem. I cannot remember where the fix is but you have to edit a few reg files to get it to sync again. Its too much work so now after a wipe and reinstall of all the apps I don't bother reinstalling widcomm.

I've uninstalled it; it syncs, i'll leave it as is for now.
