So what OS are you running now? As was previously stated, the WM6.0 OS you are (or were) running is not legal and not open to discuss on this forum. There is no way to know for sure if the problems you report are because you are running this OS or not.
Did you actually downgrade the OS to WM5.0 and Windows Mobile 2003 and still experience this problem? If I read your thread correctly, it sounds like the pocket pc runs fine while it is in the cradle and connected to AC power with any OS you run. But when you remove it from the cradle and AC power you have this problem? You might need to replace your battery.
