"...run it down..." means find the file with your file explorer and double click it to install.

I downloaded the sdhc driver but couldn't get it to run on my X51V. I downloaded it directly from internet to axim. Am I missing something on downloading and running, also tried downloading to sd card and still wouldn't open.

The file you are downloading is a .zip file.
You must unzip it on your PC and move the .cab file to your device.
Once on your device, tap on it and it will install.

i have a 8 gb sdhc card and was wondering how to make it work for my blackjack i607 . i tried to update the blackjack from wm5 to wm6 but i cant establish a connection with my pc cause i have no clue how to install cord for the usb connection and have no drivers to install the usb cord. if anyone can help me please email me at roxaspirateking@yahoo.com please help me.

Wont work for me. I tried a 4GB Micro SDHC with SD Adapter and wont recognized it. I uninstall the program and get back to my 2GB SD. I have X50 (I think is mid, 520Mhz) with WM2003 SE A05

Hi,

I have update the patch (sdhc.cab) into my X51 (ROM A12 (06200600)) and able to detect both sdhc and non-sdhc card. Now the problem is my Adata 8Gb Sdhc card can only reconized as 4Gb.

Is there any possible way to make detect as 8Gb?

how do you install this onto the axim x51v? i've downloaded the file and cant get it onto the pda at all

Ok i tried this with my X51v A12 ROM WM5, When I installed it i was no longer able to read SD or SDHC cards,

unistalled and my SD support is back, but still no SDHC (at least directly)

I've had success with a pretty cumbersome workaround though (I happen to have the RATOC USB Host CF card (which I then plug in a SDHC USB Card reader) which will read it ok...

very overkill and cumbersome...but it works...maybe a better solution is the CF to SDHC adapters... at least then everything would be contained in the PDA, instead of hanging off stupidly

I bought a 4Gb SD card for my sons camera, only to find it wouldn't take SDHC.

A few mninutes on Mobility site and I got the driver, and swapped my 2Gb card out of my Axim X51v for a 4Gb SDHC, loaded the driver and no problemo!

The old card is now getting full of photo's of the dog!

What's the mechanism that limits the WM5 SDHC support to 4GB?
Another thread says you can edit the registry to use multiple
partitions on your SD card. Does that mean I can have two
4GB partitions on my 8GB SDHC card and get full use
of all 8GB in the X51v?

Hello All: Got a 4 GB SDHC card from my wife for X-Mas, the X-51V wouldn't read it, I Just downloaded the SD driver , it now reads the SDHC, BUT IT WILL NOT WRITE TO IT! Can any one help with this? Thanks. Joe_McM
