USB to AC Wall Charger Adapter

Does anyone know if these work on the axim x51? I keep seeing these listed on ebay and i was wondering since sometimes carrying around my charger is a bit bulky

Make sure the USB charger outputs at 2A (e.g. Boxwave Versacharger). Most only do 500mA, which is not enough to charge the Axim while it's powered on. Also if you have an extended battery, you won't even be able to charge your powered off Axim without 2A.

Assuming you have the DC adapter to Axim connector thing, you can pickup a PSP charger connector pac and it will work with the Axim. The PSP connector also has a mini USB hookup, so you can connect your cell phone to that if it's the right connector.

The plug is only 1.5 amps, and will charge the Axim and run the Axim if on with the battery at full power. I spent a few hours running around San Fran on vacation looking for a new adapter since my Boxwave cable died......PSP cable etc works well.
