WMDC 6.1 - WM2003 - no Add/Remove Programs

I'm able to sync my X50v fine, but am unable to use the Add/Remove Programs part. The box flashes and closes quickly, before I can use it. I'm running Vista Ultimate 64-bit, WMDC 6.1 (downloaded and installed today). My Axim is running Windows Mobile 2003.

Any ideas on how to access Add/Remove Programs? I've been able to use cab files for a few programs, but have others that use an .exe file only, so they need Add/Remove Prog to install.
