nb0 file for X50 WM5 A01??

Where can i find this file? My X50 will not load up and i need to do an SD flash. I can only find the *.img files, but no nb0 files. I've searched for hours for the proper files, but cannot find them

I also want to have the Wm5.0 .nb0....As I fail to upgrade my X50 to Wm6.0
,it became "bricked"....I tried DiMa_K_A05_X50_WM2k3_ENG.nb0...but my X50 was still "bricked"...can someone help me
