Help! Multiple birthday entries on X51v but not in office

I have been scouring the forums to find an answer but can't find a thread with my exact problem. On my X51v (A12) all of my birthday and anniversary entires (from contacts info) show up three times on the calender but on ms office on my pc they show up once. Anyone have a similar experience and know how to fix it?

Syncronization problem. I remember there is a setting on the Outlook to not to transfer what is already on the device. I had same problem on my Blackberry. I only had opposite (multiple on Outlook, single on device)
