Not me, for that price I'd look at the new Ipaq 200 series for a little more

I am selling my x51v (bought Nov last year). It only left my home a few times used as GPS. I mainly use it for checking stock quote in bed in early morning. It is in mint condition with no scratch. It also comes with:

(1) 1 extra standard battery and 1 extended battery
(2) 1 aluminum case (brand new), 1 black Covertec case, and 1 horizontal leather case from Ebay (never used)
(3) Car charger made by HP (not the cheap one, and can charge and use PDA at same time. The cheap ones do not have enough current and does not allow PDA usage while charging)
(4) bluetooth GPS (an used one bought online with case broken. I put it in a Nano case and it looks quite good) and map software. I can give you a copy of TomTom 6 also.
(5) A bunch of software, such as Opera, and SPB series
(6) Upgraded OS to WM6 instead of standard WM5. Comes with push mail from Yahoo, Gmail, etc.

US$300 firm + shipping. If you are in Bay Area, feel free to contact me and take a look. I will put it on CL next week. Won't last long ...

NO NO NO! Convergence devices = BAD! If you lose it, you lose everything. The X51v is the last word in PPC computing for a fairly reasonable price, even if it is a few years old. If you treat it well, it will never fail.

Those pictures illustrate a really nice ax unit. Let's face it, we can't cover up physical abuse. So you at least got a unit that didn't slide across the concrete floor too many times.

So that only leaves problems like: rapid power drain, cradle connector issues, stuff like that.

That looks like a unit that just sat around.

Just to put it in perspective...

I got my Axim X51v about a month ago now, from ebay. It was an unwanted gift (so in effect, brand spanking new), and with an official Dell ThinkOutside BT Keyboard, two Dell 2200mAH batteries and covers and the VGA connectivity kit, the whole lot cost me 240GBP including shipping.

It's still as shiny as the day I got it (bar a few greasy finger marks on the screen, sometimes your fingers slip...) and the software is working just fine!

Didn't come with a memory card, although that's okay as I had a couple kicking around (god bless those older Nokia phones which came with 32Mb MMC cards, have had 4 or 5 of those in my family, and mine got an upgraded 2 gig card a while back, giving me plenty of portable storage for those nitty gritty files you don't want access to all the time).

240GBP must equate to something like 360-400USD I should think, but even so, I wouldn't even think about looking back on my purchase and reconsidering...

Now all I need is a case for it - much as the standard Dell slip case is fine, I'm not sure about day to day wear with it!!!

That one there does look like it's been treated well, and if it was me looking to buy one, I don't think I'd be saying no to it!!!
