Not me, for that price I'd look at the new Ipaq 200 series for a little more
OR
a converged PPC Phone with more functionality

Thanks, Rad. I was trying to figure out that conversion. I agree. $300 USD seems too high, especially since this one is getting phased out and newer models are coming from the likes of HP soon enough.
I would not go higher than $200 USD.

I would take it. If thats the product you want. An axim x51v with those features in good condition will easily sell over that price. But you know that old economic theory its only worth what you're willing to pay.
The Canadian dollar is currently trading at $1.07 USD so it's closer to $270 USD. Our dollar is quite strong right now.
Anyway, I'm not looking for convergence (phone) but, rather, a good quality PDA.
I don't know what price used x51v's are going for in US/Canada but they are regularly going for anything between £160 - £250 ($320 - $500) on ebay, depending on included accessories. Sometimes even more.
I got a spare X51V (for the future) on ebay about 3 months ago for $225 and it included a 1gb SD card, one high capacity battery w/cover (2200), two standard batterys (1100). It also included being still covered from Dell until January 2008.
I bought a brand new one last year and even though its great I would not have bought it if I knew that it was the last one Dell was making. I mean what about accessories like a hard shell carrying case, all that stuff will be hard to come by.
But $250 and no 14% tax, not bad. I paid about $600 all in, for mine.
