x50v shows “hard reset” screen automatically

X50v, WM5 A02
Problem: After running Navigator (Tomtom or Garmin) for a while, Axim shows “hard reset” screen automatically. I try pushing email or contact button, no luck. After showing Dell logo, screen still shows “hard rest”. Power button can’t work. I also try to swap a battery, but no luck. Axim can’t power on.

The only way to make Axim live is to plug the external power. I try to put Axim on cradle over 3 days and run Navigator program, no trouble at all and very stable. I am thinking, the reasons:
1) battery is dead: I just buy a new battery, same problem.
2) Rom: I try to downgrade to 2003SE, and then upgrade to WM5 again, same problem.
3) Backup battery: I try to put off battery for 2 hours, let backup battery drain down and charging again. Same problem.
4) Navigator program: Tomtom and Garmin are in SD card. Flash player has the same trouble.

I really don’t know how to do?:rolling: Any suggestion is welcome.

There's an upgrade to the system, try it and hopefully will help:
