since I do not want to spend another $50 to get the sena extended battery case(i already have the standard) just to have a 2200mah battery I have to get the 1800mah battery . why on earth is the 1800mah battery more expensive than a 2200mah battery? it makes me sick

not an error both lion battery.com and cases.com have the 1800mah battery priced higher than the 2200mah battery.

It's probably due to the size. If it's the same size as the 1100mah battery, it has to have more expensive batteris inside to keep the siz down.

And sales volume.... if there is a higher demand they can slide the price up a bit.... the goal being to achieve the balance between sales volume and price that maximizes profits....

Go figure.
Its quite creepy to think that the battery in my helicopter is rated for less then the battery that you would put in a pda.

Do the math Eric.

1100 = 1 + 1 + 0 + 0 = 2
1800 = 1 + 8 + 0 + 0 = 9
2200 = 2 + 2 + 0 + 0 = 4

Therefore, the 1800 should cost the most. Besides, it's mauve.

no it shouldn't! it should be the higher the capacity the greater the cost. at least charging $2 per 100mah would be much more reasonable sooo...

1100=$22
1800=$36
2200=$44
3300=$66

I am out of a job now so I cannot be paying $44 + $50 for the 2200mah plus new sena case and I refuse to pay over $40 for a less capacity battery in my situation.

Yeah... Apparently the very intellectual people who work at mkyd's are not capable of matching numbers with items.

Probably the only people who can still count money and make change are the drug dealers.

Yeah, I know how you feel. I stopped in at Subway the other day to get something to drink, and they had a machine that automatically gives you your change. Basically, it is a box the size of a toaster with a large clip of change sticking out of it, and a bowl in front.
