Strange Battery Problem

Hey Guys,
I dug out my X50v today, not used it in a while due to the problems i had with it (not just WM5 related, i think its a bit botched anyway)

I've not got a problem i can't seem to cure, no matter what the battery meter seems to be stuck...

So, for example, i went to work today, the battery drained down to 7% during the day, i got home - popped the battery out for a fresh one which was fully charged, and it still read 7%? but its not going down... put wifi bluetooth on play some videos etc stays at 7%.. so i charged the other battery up a bit, popped that back in, still at 7%...

Now i don't really care to be honest as long as it works (which it does) but because WM5 thinks my battery is low i get those stupid battery is low messages and the flashing orange light?!

Any ideas would be appreciated

Karl.

Oh oh ... that's exactly what happened to my Ax - only it also went into cold-start mode every time I switched the battery. After starting up it could not sense the state of the new battery either. Since the unit was 3-years-old I simply chose to replace it. If something is broken enough to fool it into thinking the battery isn't there then I can't trust it any more.
