Bluetooth locking

Hi all,

wonder if someone would be able to help. I have this annoying problem. I am using a separate bluetooth gps receiver for my Tom Tom application on my X51v. It works very well but sometimes during driving it loses the gps signal. It appears not to be caused by either Tom Tom or the gps bluetooth receiver since the bluetooth just locks on the pda. I cannot turn off bluetooth. I can remove the indicator but the indicator light just keeps on blinking. The only solution is to reset the pda but during driving it is just not doable.
Anyone experienced something similar?
