outlook 2007 - sync with 2 profiles

I've doing a research about syncing with 2 profiles in Outlook 2007 using Vista with my x51v, but it seems is not possible. I'm using a personal profile and the other for business. When I try to sync with the other profile, it said the sync can't be done with this profile.

I'm sure some of you use 2 profiles like this and I was wondering how you set the sync, with your personal profile or with your business profile? I would like to have both in my pda, to see all tasks, emails, etc. there.

I would like to hear your experiences.
