GPRS connection with a bluetooth mobile phone

Hello everyone.
I have a Dell Axim X51v with Windows Mobile 5.0.
I need to connect to an APN uses only PAP authentication but on X51v WM5 there is no way to set it.
There I wonder if someone has already analysed this problem and how it was resolved, perhaps with some command string to the modem and/or variations in the system registry, or through the use of a third party RAS software compatible with PAP authentication.
Please, help me to solve this problem!
