Question Full Built-n Main Storage Question

When I go to settings + system + memory + storage card (built-in) on my x50v, it shows that I have 0 "free" mbytes out of 91.43 mbytes. Yet when I use file explorer to view my built-in storgae all it shows me is a folder called My Documents which is empty. It seems as if the system has everything backwards. That is, I have 0 used and 91.43 free. Is there a way to clear or force built-in storage to be emptiy? This all started when I moved all my documents from the built-in storage to my CF memory card.

...it could be a number of things. you could be installing everything to main storage, in which case, all the programs and their associated temp files are stored in main memory. also could have to do with pie (or which ever browsers youve been using) temp files/directories that have never been cleared.

programs like googlemaps or if youre syncing email and other things, can leave a large temp directory footprint in other places than just your my documents folder.

a general inventory of apps installed, where theyre installed, and a summary of temp files and whether theyre necessary should be considered.

an app like sktools and or memmaid would help in this case... install it to a storage card:)

if youre device is really unresponsive, you may need to uninstall some things or totally hard reset the device and rethink the way your installing things to your device.
