Problem flashing using bootloader

Hello,
i am having a big problem flashing my x50v to WM05. I have read the instruction here and i have done as instructed. I have downlaoded the X50v Windows Mobile 5 Revision A01 Englisch files and i have renamed all 4 files to start with DiMa as i still ahve got WM03 se on my axim. I have copied the file to a 128mb sd card formated in fat32 but whenever i try to enter the bootloader (power+wifi+reset) i get asked if i want to perform a hard reset.

I have tried already half a dozen different sd cards but this did not help either.

Anyone got an idea what i might be doing wrong?

You must HOLD power and wifi after reset until bootloader comes up.

Yeah, it's a bit tricky. Hold Power and WiFI down and while doing that tap (briefly) reset. Continue to hold Power and Wifi for a few more seconds, then release.

I want to upgrade to Wm6, but i am a very frightening if my pda become to brick.

with 4 file

WM50_K_A01_X50v_WM5_ENG_nb0.crc

How to upgrade to wm05 A01 firstly,
Does they have to rename like that
For Boot Loader
DiMa_B_A01_X50v_WM5_ENG.nb0
DiMa_B_A01_X50v_WM5_ENG_nb0.crc
For OS
WM50_K_A01_X50v_WM5_ENG.nb0
WM50_K_A01_X50v_WM5_ENG_nb0.crc

Anybody help me
