mail notification on dell axim x51 problem

i just get mail notification software call kai mail nitice on dell axim x51 problem.
I am not sure the hotmail icon on the pocket msn is the pocket outlook
this program use the internal pocket outlook email.
It check automatically all your accounts for incoming emails
and it come also a sound.
but when I try to set the hotmail to check email every min, I do not get this to work out, therefore my kai cannot get the signal to send out sound, any idea how I can get the email program set up right.
