Using my PC for Bluetooth Audio Gateway

never tryed it, but I've allways wanted to control my pc sound (music playing) with my axim through bluetooth.

Perhaps if I run the mp3 on the axim and the pc just plays it? It's a good idea.

OP, have you checked that your bluetooth sound card isn't muted? What bluetooth adaptor are you using on your pc?

SP, regarding remote control via bluetooth, what media player are you using? I believe that Winamp has a plugin that'll let you use the bluetooth AVRCP profile to control it remotely, and so long as your bluetooth adaptor allows it, and your axim has the AVRCP stuff set up properly, you'll be fine!
