My Documents & Outlook Question on WM6

Hi All, I am new to the Windows Mobile 6 OS...I was wondering, how do I make my default My Documents folder reside on the memory card and have all OS references point to this card rather than the device itself?

Same with Outlook, is there a way to make Outlook store all messages on the memory card also, instead of the device & memory card for attachments, I want the card to do everything..
