Does Dell Navigation system work in WM6.1?

Does Dell Navigation system work in WM6.1? If so, how do I get it to install?

It works with WM6 so it should with 6.1. How are you trying to install it?

I have tried using the CD's, but that only installs the map loader on the pc. I downloaded a software update from Navteq, but that still only loads the map loader. The map loader works fine, I just cannot find the .cab to install the Navigation system program to the x51v. Can you provide me with some guidance?

Yes! It installs the same whether you are using WM5, WM6, or WM6.1. I have installed on all three versions of WM.

Navteq installs to your axim the first time it is installed to your PC. If you install an update, it only updates to your pc. So, you need to uninstall the program on your PC, then install it again.

When you install Navteq again, it should install to your axim as well.
