how to convert "note," with audio, to audio file?

Hello!
I rarely use the audio recordre function of my x51v.
But sometimes, the result is a WMA file, and sometimes the result is a note, with the little speaker icon in the note.

How to I turn a note with an audio clip into an audio file, so I can work with it like an audio file? THX!

Copy it to your desktop (or laptop) and use an audio encoder on the file, should also integrate right in with Windows Media Player.
