Exchange server logon credentials multiple times

I am using Parallels 3 build 5608, windows xp sp3 on an Imac. Syncing my x50v with WM5 was working fine. I had to get a new x50v refurb because of a broken screen. I also use outlook 2003 with rpc over http. I have to enter my password multiple times to get my axim to sync. this is also happening with outlook. I have looked at profiles, passwords, registry and have not been able to find anything to help me. I have followed the account set up instrucitins to the letter
Does anyone have any insight to this problem. I use this on another windows pc at home with no problem only on the parallels vm.
entourage on the same mac works fine with the same password.
I did change my password recently as required by my information services.
they don't seem to be able to figure out what is wrong

If the issue is also happening with outlook, then it sounds like an issue with your VM.

Have you checked all the RPC stuff is working properly?

I finally solved the problem with passwords in Outlook with a registry edit.
It is still happening with the Axim.

I can now start outlook without any problem. I can sync with wifi without entering my password. when I connect to my computer I have to enter my password to sync with exchange. seems like all my settings are correct.
