Hmm Transferring files from old SD and CF cards to new ones

I have searched the forums for the answer to this question, but haven't been able to find answers, so I apologize if this has been addressed before. I have a Dell Axim x51v and live in the US. I currently have a 1GB SD card and a 1GB CF card in my Axim. I purchased two new ones that are 4GB and wondered what the best way to transfer files from the old ones to the new ones was. Can I just cut and paste? I am thinking I may be able to do a backup with Spb Backup and transfer the files that way? I welcome your suggestions!

I've tried to cut and paste before and it seems like I get files that won't transfer to the pc, or once theyre on the pc they won't transfer back to the pda. I have a cheap card reader that came with an sdhc that I bought and it works great, it's 2.0 while I believe the axim is only 1.0 or 1.1

You can use the activesync application but its slow IMHO. I use a external card reader (a 6-1) and it works great.
