Computer won't boot if Axim is cradled

Hi folks,

I just upgraded my computer with a new motherboard, CPU, and RAM. Since doing so, my computer stalls during boot whenever I have the Axim in its cradle. When it stalls, the last line in the boot screen shows:

Initializing USB Controllers..

I'm guessing it must be a BIOS setting but I'm not sure which one. I tried toggling the legacy USB support in the BIOS, but that didn't make a difference. The motherboard is an ASUS P5K-e/WiFi.

Any ideas?

Update: Well I decided to try it plugged into the back of the computer instead of having it plugged into the USB hub built in to my monitor and it works like that. I would still prefer to plug it in at the monitor if anyone knows a workaround.

Thanks.

Personally, I don't plug my Ax in when the PC is booting up. My cradle is plugged into the keyboard usb port and I like it that way so I can move it from one computer to another. :)
