Sync with 2 computers

I was able to do this with one of the original Axims and now I am trying to figure out how to do it with an X50. I looked in the active sync manger and can not find it. I am using ActiveSync 3.7.1. At home I am runnign Vista, at work XP.
I want to sync with my home and work computer.
On my home computer I want the computer to replace contacts, notes, and files on the Axim. I want the Axim to replace the calendar on the home computer.
On my work computer, I want the computer to replace the calendar on the Axim. I want the Axim to replace the contacts on the computer.
How can I do this?

Do you have AS installed on your XP machine?
Do you have Windows Mobile Device Center installed on your Vista machine?
Do you have Outlook installed on both?
Do you have sync relationships established on both machines?

Active Sync is on both computers - same version - used the same disk.
On the Home Vista I do have the Windows Mobile Device Manger
I do use outlook on both computers
I have established sync operations with the Home computer overriding contacts, notes, and a couple of files on the Axim.
I have establish sync operations with the Work computer overriding the calendar on the Axim.

Before I remember that in the sync center it would display the claendar and you picked to overide the Axim, Computer, or combine. You would see this with each area so some could be different selections. I do not see it on this version of active sync - what am I missing?
