Do I keep SD card with files after flashing

Hi, I'm new to this forum and a new user of a Dell Axim X51v. I have just recently flashed to use WM6. Now the question after installing and getting WM6 working 100% with the PDA. Should I keep the files of the WM6 on my SD card and have it placed in the PDA at all times? I'm not sure as tutorials never mentioned about this after installation. Any help be great.

Thanks

The files are only used for the flash, they have no effect after that.
You could copy the files to your computer so that you have them incase you ever need to reflash.

Great answer, I have kept every ROM flash file I have ever downloaded just for the purpose you mentioned. It has come in handy several times when wanting to do a re flash for testing or just to have the experience again. I even found a ROM flash file for the original Dell A12 version in case I want to sell my units at their original last approved level.
