More troubles with updating to WM6

Hi, i am trying to format my sd so i can get lenny's ROM but my laptop's built in card reader wont read my 2G sandisk SD card. My laptop is a Gateway 3550GZ so if anyone knows any solutions that would be great.

Is the card SDHC? If so, does the Gateway read SDHC? Also, most of the time the internal readers actually connect via USB. If you have a lot of USB devices, the port can get to where it won't accept any new ones. Try removing some USB devices to see if the reader will start. Finally, you don't need 2G to do the ROM burning, so you could look for a non-SDHC really small capacity card. Even 64Meg should do nicely. I've seen them for under $10.
