I have Footballs ROM right now and i want to get LennySh's. So should i do a hard reset before i flash?

Hi,

Not needed, just make a backup of your files first.

The flashing will wipe it clean.

You will want a clean SD card for the flashing process.

Just read the instructions generally available at the site where you download the specific ROM your doing the upgrade from.
