PC sometimes takes complete control over Motorola HT820 bluetooth headset

so after having a blast on my PC with this recently purchased iogear bluetooth to usb adapter, listening to music through my motorola ht820 headset after i finish and want to listen to music on my dell axim x51v with wm6.1 A07 i find that the headset no longer will connect unless i repair it, and it all works fine until i use it with my pc again then i have to repair it again in order for it to work with my axim, how do i get the headset to work with both without having to go through the pairing process constantly
