What is a good price to pay?

For either an X50 or X51 series. I saw some on Ebay and want to make sure it is a good deal.

I picked my X51 up for about $140.00-- which was an excellent deal in my opinion.

I think around 100 bucks is good for an x50v, slightly higher for an x51v on ebay. I'm including the dock, power supply, and any any extras like the slip case or memory, in that figure. I think I would pay 150 or so if it had extra like the Dell gps and/or keyboard.
