Have "Switcher Bar" start on StartUp?

How can I set the Switcher Bar to open at Start Up? I use that thing every day, and I hate having to open it all the time.

Its the only thing that doesn't open automatically. How can I set it to do so?

copy the shortcut into the windows\startup folder

but there are nicer task managers than switcher... vbar, magic button, pocket+, ilauncher are all worth looking at

I'm using magic button, it works well. Ive tried a few other ones, there is too much lag in their operation for my liking.
