I don‘t know what’s happen?I soft rest my x51v today, but after rest, X51V stuck at blue Dell Logo screen.soft rest and hard rest no use, can someone help me。I am using the dm program,it so the item about flash no pass, other items pass likethat:I've also ran the diagnostics which completes. But, the results are as follows:

CPU - Pass
SDRAM - Pass
RTC - Pass
FLASH
LCD - Pass
BUTTON - Pass
AUDIO - Pass
LED - Pass
RECORD - Pass
TOUCH - Pass

Notice there's no "Pass" or anything else after Flash,Is it a problem of software(about the rom)or hardware?

I had this happen to me a while backa nd I removed the battery to let drain the backup battery. It worked after. I have no other solution as this worked for me and I never experienced this again but maybe others may have different suggestions

I had the same problem with my x51 when I left it full powered off for to long, when I started it up, it seemed there were a load of backed up notifications that clogged the system and there was nothing I could do but force a hard reset using the procedure the Frenchy described above!
