You have a few options.
-Find somebody here who is willing to sell you theirs. Im not even sure if you can sell used software here or not.
-Check out ebay. But those may be just pirated copies.
I liked mapopolis, but you may have to switch to something else. Maps are getting harder to find. I was a heavy mapopolis user back when GPS's were expensive, but after mapopolis became disc, and GPSs are becoming cheaper, i just got a gps.
Hopefully you can find what you are looking for...
