You have to edit the opera.ini file. It should be located in /Windows/Opera9/opera. Copy the opera file and transfer it to your desktop. Then open it with Notepad and under the [User Prefs] add a line that says:
Cache Directory4=\location desired
For example mine is:
Cache Directory4=\SD Card\Program Files\Opera9\cache\
NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU USE FORWARD SLASHES(\) AND NOT BACKWARD SLASHES(/), WHEN YOU IMPUT YOUR DESIRED LOCATION FOR THE CACHE.
After you edit and save the file, make sure Opera Mobile is not running and copy the opera.ini file back to the location of the original opera.ini file on your Pocket PC and overwrite the original opera.ini file. Then connect to the Internet and open up Opera Mobile and go to a couple different web pages. Then open up File Explorer and go to the location you specified and make sure the cache is going to your desired spot like it's supposed to.
I originally made this post to help somebody that posted above and then realized that the post was all the way back from January, but anyway if anybody is interested in Opera Mobile or Skyfire, I have some links below.
I have a link below to the 15233 build along with the flash plugin. I think you have to register with the site and you will find the downloads near the bottom of the first post. I also recommend going with a newer build because the touch scrolling is too sensitive in Opera 15233 in my opinion. Read along and you will find links to almost every Opera Mobile build there is. Anyway the link to Opera Mobile 15233 is directly below.

There is also newer builds that work good and also support flash. The link to those are also below. You don't have to register with the site to download the newer versions of Opera Mobile. The link to the flash plug in is near the top of the first post and there's several versions of Opera Mobile to choose from. The latest build that I haven't had any issues with is Opera 2128. I had issues with the Downloads page not showing up in 2392 and 2181, but everything has worked fine for me so far in 2128. Also if you go to YouTube, make sure you choose to go to the desktop version of the website or else you may have problems with Opera closing itself if you go on the Youtube mobile site.

Be aware that most websites have changed the Flash Player requirements to Flash Player 9 and the Flash Lite 3.1 plug in is only equivelent to Flash Player 8. The Youtube desktop page still plays Youtube, though. The only Mobile Web Browser that currently supports all flash is Skyfire. You can go to
Get Skyfire now! | get.skyfire.com to get the latest version of Skyfire. If you are using an x51v you will probably also need a phone.dll file and sms.dll. Just copy and paste the phone.dll and sms.dll files into the Skyfire folder under Program Files after you install Skyfire. If you are using Makuu's A08 or A09, then you won't need these files because the ROM already has them, but if you are using WM5 or any WM6/6.1/6.5 Classic ROM you will need to download the files below. Thanks to KimChee for providing them.

In case you weren't aware, the newest version of Opera mobile available on Opera's website doesn't support flash and it has problems with SPB Keyboard. I had to manually select the SPB keyboard when I tried it plus the flash doesn't work. Hopefully Opera Mobile 9.7 will be the best Mobile Browser ever, but unfortunately it's not out yet.
