Yes it sounds like you found your neighbours router.

I would recommend you have a look at the user guide for the Travel router.
You may need to connect to it from your computer and set it up.
Some times you need to connect via a cable before you are able to use it wirelessly.
One thing to look for in the settings is that it is set to mixed mode, in other words, able to connect to b and g networks.
The Axim will only connect to a B network.

Once you have it set up so that it works at home you should then be able to use it in the majority of other locations.
