If you have SPB Mobile Shell. Try disabling it.

Are you talking about a fresh install? That shouldn't be happening. One thing I've noted about freezing problems and programs is installing programs like spb ms to main memory. Or installing programs and (maps for example) both on either main memory or storage card memory. If it is program related, you'll have to do some experimenting to figure it out.

I also have the same problem, but it will usually boot up after like 3-4 soft reset, pretty bad. I do have SPB mobile shell installed, I'm not willing to turn it off every time I soft reset, and I don't know of a solution, so I'm living with the 3-4 times soft reset.
I was wondering if delaying the start of MS would help, don't know how to put a time delay in auto start apps.

It's something stupid that has to do with SPB mobile shell. I don't think there is a workaround.

I know SPB MS is a great program. It kinda lags and slows everything down on my x51v. So I'm thinking of uninstalling it.

I used Memmaid to set SPB MS as the last startup program, didn't help.
