If you want to try it... :)

Just copy it and run on your device...

Hello,

Have you, or anyone tested this software on a x51v?

Are there any bugs or glitches in the software that may cause the PPC to crash without over-overclocking it?

I assume the user is able to set what ghz the chipset is to run at... what setting have you run yours at?

Did you clock it to the point at which the machine became unstable/overheated/crashed?

Regards,
ztdtzd

My x51v is rock solid even at 133 Mhz. I tested with SkTools Draw Bitmap benchmark and with BenchGLES 0.2 and they were both faster with no issue. After that I tested the undocumented speed of 150Mhz. The x51v managed to reach the today screen but after a while it started to lose synch and whole pixel lines became doubled. So the 133Mhz should be the highest safe setting.
Too bad it seems that when you overlock the Rasterizer Core you underclock the MBX... So you'll be faster in 2D-3D apps and games that have low polygons but a lot of textures and filtering due to higher fill-rate. In high-polgons games you'll have a mixed bag.
AFAIK the default speed should be 75 Mhz for the Core and 75 Mhz for the MBX. The speed is the same for both starting from 13 to 75 Mhz. After that the divisor is set to 1/2 so
at 80 the MBX should be 40Mhz and so on... Considering those things I suppose that at 133 Mhz the MBX will probably be at 66 Mhz (So a bit slower than default) and at 150 would be full speed (75 Mhz)

Now I'm investigating further into 2700G drivers source code to find more tweaks...

Sorry for being a newb. But my Axim runs at 624mHz. You said it's rock solid even at 133Mhz...

The Video Accelerator 2700G (like a GPU) runs at 75MHZ, your CPU runs at 624Mhz.

Neat program, though.
