Emulator on x51v (win95/98 and 386 or 486)

Hello everyone...

I have two questions:

1) Are there are any emulators to run either win95/98?

2) I have PocketDOS, but the game I want ot run (Raptor: Call of the Shadows) must run with 386 or 486 (<-- processor? or OS? what is this?) How could I run this game on my x51v?

I would only like an emulator that supports VGA and sound, and supports 386 or 486 (I do not know what that means, so please enlighten me on this)...

Any suggestions or supporrt is welcome...

Thank You,
ztdztd

There's a thread on xda-developers on this topic (see windows 98/XP on PDA!!!!! - xda-developers). As far as I know, it's not worth it trying to get Win 95/98 to run on a pocket pc.

A 386 or 486 is probably a reference to the series of processors. Basically before pentiums came out, there were 286's, then 386's, then 486's.

If we could find something that ran full DOS, without emulating, then you could probably run that game pretty well. But, im not sure if there is any,

Yeah, didn't 98 take like 4 hours to boot and half an hour to open a folder..? Seemed like an interesting proof of concept, but, not usable.
