Changing Default Internet Connection?

I'm having a minor problem. I use Wifi and I use my phone as a modem via Bluetooth. Most programs will connect to the Internet automatically without a problem over WiFi and if I don't have WiFi on and try to connect I will get a pop up with my Modem Connection and be able to acces via Bluetooth through my phone.

The problem I'm having is with Windows Live. It will not work over WiFi unless I delete my Modem Connection for Phone as a Modem. Instead of automatically connecting to the Internet over WiFi, I get the Modem Connection pop up box and I can only successfully connect to the Internet via Bluetooth Phone as a Modem, unless I delete the Modem Connection, with Windows Live.

Is there a better option than having to delete and create a Modem Connection over and over?
