Text really small - How can I fix this?

I have a X51 and somehow the text in all the messageboxes and settings got really small. I've attached two examples of what this looks like. I can't view any of the settings to try to make it bigger. Is there someway to correct this without doing a Hard Reset? Thanks.

You can get ctitanic's tweaks2k2 and change the font size. It's a good product and works well.

I have that program already installed. However, even in that program the text is so tiny I can't see what I'm doing. The main screen and menus are normal size, but once I select a menu item, the text appears like my screenshots.

Is there some registry key I can modify? I tried looking for one, but found nothing for font size.
